Officion is a firm that operates as an all-round secretarial call centre. Besides other services, it provides secretarial support to small-to-medium sized businesses. This includes handling incoming calls from clients, establishing the nature of the clients’ queries and transferring the calls to the proper companies subscribing to Officion. The firm also issues quotations to clients on behalf of the companies and, on occasions, manages their administration.
During my internship at B-arts internetdiensten, I completed several projects, including the Webcallcenter project for Officion; in close cooperation with this company and my internship supervisor, I designed, developed, and maintained the application that Officion now uses for its business operations.
